Florida Land Design & Permitting Inc. was created in February 2019. We are a group of experienced Engineers, Surveyors, Planners and Ecologists with a long history of projects throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida areas. We created this firm to assist land developers achieve their goals with our "Make it Happen" attitude.  All of our Principals are "hands on" managers that handle all details of a project, from initial planning through to the end of construction.   We have experience working with all of the State and Local Municipalities as well as Florida's Water Management Districts.
